3. Help with self-promotion

Want to get more attention and respect? It's not just about the quality of your work; it's also about making an effort to promote yourself and get that work out there in front of the right people. And being able to legitimately call yourself 'award-winning' can really help in that regard, as it gives editors and the like an easy shortcut to recognising your work as a cut above. With the Indigo Design Award, you'll also get a winner's seal and badge to make everything official on your social media bios.

4. Visibility

When you put effort into creating great work, you want as many people as possible to see it. And winning an Indigo Design Award will really help in that regard. Your work will be published in the Indigo Interactive Digital Book Of Design and form part of a major PR campaign distributed to graphic design magazines (in print and online), blogs, and directories.

It will also be featured in a year-long showcase of winning work on the Indigo Design Award winners' Page and in a Winners Edition newsletter distributed to Indigo Design Award subscribers, partners, juries, sponsors and friends. Plus, there are featured interviews with the winners published on Indigo's website. In terms of exposure, then, you couldn't really do much better.

In summary, if you want to gain recognition, network with other professionals, increase your visibility, gain valuable feedback, validate your skills, and continue developing your talent, entering the Indigo Design Award 2023 is a great way to start the year.
