Digital Project Manager

The role

Runs delivery of digital projects and platforms for agency clients, from scoping to launch and aftercare. The role sits between clients, developers, designers and external partners, and also covers support retainers and platform upkeep.

What you'll do

• Deliver website designs, builds, migrations and feature development
• Manage several projects at once, from scoping and planning through launch and aftercare
• Coordinate developers, designers and external partners, including testing
• Run sprint planning, stand-ups and status meetings, and keep documentation current
• Manage client relationships and explain technical matters to non-technical people
• Oversee support retainers, incidents, SEO maintenance and platform stability
• Handle resource planning, budget tracking and invoicing support

About you

• 2+ years delivering digital projects in an agency or similar setting
• Experience of website builds or migrations
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Waterfall
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Desirable: Jira or similar, and exposure to forecasting or invoicing
• Desirable: familiarity with Drupal, Webflow, Payload, WordPress, Laravel or Next.js
• Desirable: SEO exposure and experience of AI-assisted workflows

• Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 a year
• Contract: permanent, on a four-day working week
• Location: The Old Printworks, Easton Road, Bristol; hybrid
• Level: midweight (2+ years)
