The installation features 300 craveable fruit and vegetables knitted in 100% lambs wool, including bananas, red peppers, avocados, carrots and coconuts. Each piece is knitted by Jessica on her domestic knitting machine, at home in her UK studio and then hand-finished.

The food truck and movable artwork has been popping up in NYC to surprise hungry New Yorkers with samples of Daily Harvest’s organic, plant-based smoothies and harvest bowls.

We love Jessica Dance's personal take on everyday items, intricately crafted in the English heritage fibers such as lambswool. Her work is instantly recognisable and much in demand by brands such as Mulberry, Liberty, Tatler, Harrods, John Lewis, Volkswagen, The Campaign for Wool, GQ, Vogue and The Washington Post to name a few.
