The role
Landor's New York studio is hiring a Strategy Director to advise senior client leaders on complex brand challenges, from positioning and narrative to brand architecture and portfolio strategy. You'll also build long-term client partnerships, help grow Landor's strategy practice and mentor the team. The studio works in the office around four days a week.
What you'll do
- Advise C-suite leaders on brand positioning and narrative
- Design brand architectures and portfolio strategies for enterprise clients
- Guide clients through transformations, M&A integrations and brand-led growth
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Contribute to Landor's strategy practice and thought leadership
- Mentor and develop strategy team members
About you
- 8+ years of agency or brand consulting experience, including leading enterprise positioning, architecture and portfolio strategy
- People management experience and an interest in coaching junior and mid-level strategists
- Comfortable presenting to boards and leading complex engagements
- Able to manage several shifting projects at once
- Used to working across strategy, design, verbal and experience teams
- A business development mindset, with experience growing client relationships
