The Creative Designer brings brand creative to life across channels, formats and markets.

The main focus is executing and adapting creative from established brand systems, making sure every asset is on-brand, accurate and high quality.

It suits someone organised and detail-oriented who works well at pace and enjoys turning master designs into channel-ready creative.

You'll work across a growing portfolio of consumer brands, supporting consistent and efficient creative output.

The role is full time and permanent, based at a modern office in Holborn, London: 40 hours a week, 9am to 6pm with a one-hour lunch, on a hybrid basis with two office days a week.

What you'll be doing

  • Execute templated content across all channels from brand master designs
  • Adapt campaign assets across formats, sizes and markets
  • Work within brand guidelines and flag gaps in briefs before starting work
  • Manage asset libraries and file hygiene within the DAM
  • Run AI tools for resizing, background removal and image generation, and use Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity to check briefs, references and copy before starting
  • Work in Figma from day one
  • Build towards artworking and print-ready handover as your Figma and InDesign skills develop

What we're looking for

  • Two to four years as a midweight designer, in-house or agency – FMCG or consumer brand experience preferred
  • Confidence executing at pace from master templates and brand systems, rather than originating concepts from scratch
  • Strong working proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
  • Experience using AI tools for resizing, cut-outs and image generation, plus Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity for research and brief checks, as part of daily output
  • Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple brands at once

Preferred

  • Basic video editing exposure in Premiere Pro or After Effects
  • Prior exposure to packaging or print-ready artwork handover
  • A beauty, personal care or household FMCG background – a growing priority as the team shifts towards health and beauty

What's on offer

  • Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
  • Holiday: 30 days plus eight UK bank holidays
  • Pension: 5% employee, 3% company
  • Private medical insurance with Vitality, including travel, vision and dental
  • Work from abroad: one month a year, from anywhere in the world
  • Discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance
  • Mental health support: free, confidential therapy via Spill
  • Flexi-Fridays: finish early one Friday a month
  • Avenir Events: quarterly meet-ups, celebrations and socials
