Suspended by Chloe Early and Andrew Telling

Chloe Early is a London-based artist whose striking paintings transpire the feeling of suspension and weightlessness. She has recently taken her work further by collaborating with filmmaker Andrew Telling to produce a video that captures the defiance of gravity so beautifully outlined in her oil paintings.

Andrew – who was recently commissioned to produce a film for the COS X Nendo installation at Salone del Mobile 2014, describes the film Suspended as, "a meditative response exploring the characters, colour and motion in the work Chloe Early has created for her new show Suspended".

Chloe's work has been exhibited as part of group and solo exhibitions in London, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Dublin, and her hometown of Cork. She is currently exhibiting at The Outsiders, London until 3 May 2014.
