Motion Design Lead

The role

Huge is hiring a Motion Design Lead for its Creative Craft team, combining 2D motion with 3D environments and AI tools across broadcast, web, branded content and immersive digital work. The role is remote within the United States (not available in New Mexico or Hawaii).

What you'll do

• Work on digital, web, advertising and video projects, aligning motion with campaign goals
• Create motion graphics, 3D assets, cinematic environments and spatial experiences
• Handle look development, lighting, texturing, modelling and rendering
• Use AI workflows to iterate quickly and speed up production
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts
• Work with Creative Directors and cross-disciplinary teams to turn ideas into finished work
• Maintain quality control across animation and VFX pipelines
• Present technical and visual concepts to stakeholders

About you

• At least six years of motion design experience, with a strong focus on advanced 3D work in agencies or production
• A portfolio showing conceptual thinking, motion graphics and high-end 3D VFX for advertising and digital campaigns
• Expert in Cinema 4D (Redshift or Octane), After Effects and Figma
• Experience using AI tools in production
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Nice to have: Unreal Engine or Unity, Lottie, Rive or Spline, Houdini or Maya, and AR/VR design
