Tony's Chocolonely is looking for a Creative Traffic Manager to join its Marketing & External Communications department (part of Brand & Communications), reporting to the Global Head of Creative. This role is the operational heart of the Creative team: the right hand to the Global Head of Creative and a central connector with full visibility of the team's work, spotting overlaps, clearing bottlenecks and keeping work on time. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll lead projects that improve how the team collaborates and delivers.

We're looking for an organised person with a creative streak who thrives in a fast, sometimes chaotic environment and builds systems that help creativity flourish.

What you'll be doing

  • Creative resourcing and workflow: manage the team's resourcing plan, handle requests and stakeholders in ClickUp, and track timelines in Harvest and other tools
  • Creative processes: continuously improve workflows, tools and processes for efficiency and clarity
  • Strategic support: translate creative and business priorities into team plans, flag organisational risks, make sure decisions are followed through, and manage agency partners and freelancers
  • Briefing and prioritisation: work with stakeholders to take in, scope and rank creative requests against business goals and capacity
  • Operations initiatives: lead projects such as tooling upgrades, onboarding, growing the freelance roster, creative playbooks and embedding AI into workflows
  • Quality and consistency: work with designers, copywriters and project managers to uphold brand standards across markets and channels
  • Cross-functional delivery: act as creative operations lead on major launches, such as packaging and innovation, aligning timelines, resources and output across teams

What we're looking for

  • Experience: 10+ years in creative operations, project management or studio management, agency-side or in-house
  • Systems: a proven track record of running creative workflows and resourcing in a fast-growing environment, and improving how teams work
  • Stakeholder management: a strong connector who works diplomatically with everyone from designers to market leads and external partners
  • Organisation: highly organised and calm under pressure, comfortable with dynamic situations, needs little direction and challenges the status quo
  • Creative empathy: respects the creative process, enables rather than polices, and keeps exploring new ideas and tools
  • Strategic and commercial thinking: links creative output to business goals and keeps work tied to the brief
  • Growth mindset: adapts quickly, thinks critically and handles ambiguity well
  • Dynamic environment: brings structure and calm when priorities shift and processes are still evolving
  • Tools: experience with creative and project management platforms; ClickUp and Harvest experience is a bonus
  • Office presence: in the Amsterdam office on average three days a week (more is welcome), with flexibility
  • Values: you believe in Tony's purpose and live its core values: outspoken, in it together, entrepreneurial, raise the bar, and makes you smile

What's on offer

  • Salary: €58,000 – €73,000 a year, including holiday pay
  • Training programmes, regular feedback cycles, coaching and a generous L&D budget
  • A luxurious vega-lunch
  • A company bonus
  • A minimum of 28 holidays
  • Team updates and events
  • Unlimited chocolate

Equal opportunities

Tony's believes diverse perspectives make it stronger and actively seeks candidates from underrepresented groups.

How to apply

Apply through the online form with your CV (a cover letter is optional). The form asks what attracts you to the role and to Tony's, about your relevant experience and a multi-market stakeholder project, the project and creative tools you use, your location, visa needs, whether you can be in the office around three days a week, and your salary expectation. About Tony's Chocolonely

Tony's Chocolonely exists to end exploitation in the cocoa industry, tackling poverty, child labour and deforestation. It is an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company with an impact side project.

Its goal reaches beyond the cocoa in its own bars to all chocolate worldwide, and through Tony's Open Chain brands such as Albert Heijn, Ben & Jerry's, Jokolade and Aldi have adopted a fairer, more transparent cocoa supply chain.
