TIN's identity for the Distance Disco, an online dancing game as the social antidote to social distancing
Amsterdam design studio TIN has created this cheerful new identity for Distance Disco, an open-source online dance game that brings some positivity in times of this Covid-19 pandemic.

Acting as a digital matchmaker, you can host a disco or join one, meeting friends and making new ones from all over the world. All you need is "your best dance moves", a computer and webcam, an Internet connection, and a "cool outfit". And "bring your own drinks", too.
With all of the above in mind, TIN wanted to enhance this "optimal disco experience" with a visual identity featuring a "cacophony of vivid colours and cheeky dance moves". As TIN's co-founder Daan Hornstra puts it: "While you're dancing in your room behind your screen, your home will be just as festive as your favourite club."
An uplifting identity for an uplifting game during lockdown, created by Mark Meeuwenoord, Arjan Scherpenisse, and Klasien van de Zandschulp. See Distance Disco at distancedisco.nl.
