Circus photographer captures artists performing on the streets of Brazil and beyond
There's something highly fantastical about this collection of photographs by circus photographer, Micael Bergamaschi, showcasing the talents of various performers in everyday situations across the world.

The project integrates circus and photography, and the aim is to lead as many circus techniques as possible to the urban – especially those that rarely leave the circus ring. Bergamaschi explains: "My idea is to promote the cultural value of circus and photography in public spaces as artistic expressions."
The cities featured in the photographs include New York, Paris, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro and Toronto. Check out more of Micael's work over on his website.
