Factorial is hiring a senior Brand Manager to lead its brand in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Based in Barcelona, the role covers brand strategy, identity and campaigns, working closely with the creative, content, product marketing and performance teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Set the brand strategy for the DACH region, built for local culture and language rather than adapted from other markets
  • Run brand campaigns from concept through to execution
  • Maintain brand guidelines and make sure marketing, product and sales apply them consistently
  • Manage the German visual and verbal identity across digital, product and offline channels, working with local agencies and designers
  • Align brand messaging with product marketing across the three countries
  • Track market trends and competitors, and measure brand health (awareness, perception and consideration)

What we're looking for

  • Expert or proficient German, and fluent English
  • Around 4–5+ years in brand management, ideally in B2B or SaaS, with DACH market experience
  • Strategic, analytical thinking that turns market insight into brand direction
  • Experience taking campaigns from strategy through to delivery
  • A strong understanding of visual identity and design – enough to direct creative work
  • Skill in storytelling and presenting ideas internally and externally
  • Comfort with fast-moving environments and building processes where none exist
