Ordinary Behaviour: Electronics made from cardboard that contain amusing mini worlds

Speaking to The Global Panorama, Kevin explained how he came up with the idea for the series: "I try to look into the problems of living with technology through movies, books or writings. They are often apocalyptic, but I realised that the threat could also be very subtle and intimate, lying within our very ordinary behaviour, because technology has shaped our lives for the sake of development instead of aiming to create genuinely better lives. So I decided to go a bit deeper in this area and try to create something out of it.

"I graduated as a product designer, but I always wanted to be an illustrator. So when I was thinking of creating ‘something’, I thought why not think of a way to combine both of my skills? The artwork turned out to be what I call ‘illustrative objects', a hybrid of illustration and paper model, both illustrative and tangible."
