Josh McKenna looks to a 'tropical way of life' in his upbeat illustrations
Josh McKenna is a final year Illustration student at Falmouth University who's not only including waves in his work but making waves on the UK design scene.

Josh takes inspiration from, "the tropical way of life. Retro graphic media, post-modern disillusionment, mid-century to late 80's graphics and the hands-on way of printing dictating the way I work."
He is particularly passionate about screen printing and mainly works in Photoshop and Illustrator. The images in Josh's portfolio embody the pastel shades of summer, and feature women sunbathing, geometric shapes and the 'Man From The South', taken from a Roald Dahl book. Josh has worked for numerous clients including Create London and IYA Studio. To view more of his work, visit his website.
