Leanne Rule, Hel Covell, Alex May Hughes and more join the lineup for this year's Fresh Beer, Fresh Prints
Back for another year is Camden Town Brewery's Fresh Beer, Fresh Prints initiative which shines a light on the freshest creative talent around. And for 2020, it has collaborated with 12 artists to create one-off prints – up for grabs when you purchase a pack of Camden Hells.

This time, Camden has teamed up with You Can Now (YCN) and its 'New Now' creative education programme to select the featured artists. From 3D designer and artist Leanne Rule to London-based illustrator Hel Covell, and mixed media creative Jean Phillipe Calver, each print is the artist's interpretation of what "fresh" means to them.
"Great design has always played a big part of what we do at Camden, from the creation of our products to working with a seasonal illustrator," says Andre Amaral from the Brewery. "We've been lucky enough to work with some incredibly talented illustrators and designers over the years, and Fresh Prints is the perfect platform for promoting friends of Camden alongside new, fresh talent."
The 'Fresh Prints' on-pack promotion is available now with Hells Lager 4, 10 and 12-packs of 330ml Hells bottles, as well as the new addition of 4-packs of Hells cans, in Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Waitrose, Ocado and Asda nationwide.
Redeeming a fresh design print is simple. Just look for the unique code inside the 'Fresh Prints' Hells packs and claim a free print on the Camden website delivered straight to your door. Then sit back, crack open a beer and enjoy great art from the comfort of your living room.
Nicky Defty, director at YCN, adds: "Empowering emerging talent through live learning opportunities has always been central to the work we do, and it was superb to team Camden Town Brewery on a very real visual challenge from their world."
Other artists include London-based sign painter and glass gilder, Alex May Hughes; Falmouth University graduate, Ella Watson; Polish illustrator and Camberwell College of Arts alumni Aga Giecko; illustrator and designer Erin Ruane who currently works at Here Design in London; illustrator Eve French who released a Quarantine Queen free colouring sheet during lockdown; creative advertising student with a fine art degree, Sonja Johansson; Bristol-based illustrator Ollie Silvester; Thomas Hedger, a London-based artist who studied at the Royal College of Art and Central Saint Martins, and Hollie Fuller, the illustrator with gorgeous wobbly characters and muted tones.
