The role
Leads digital and print design across the brand, from landing pages and email to signage and decks. You set the creative standard and mentor junior designers.
What you'll do
- Lead design for landing pages, editorial layouts, email, social, invitations, signage and decks
- Set the team's creative standard
- Mentor and give feedback to junior designers
- Own projects from concept to final production
- Work with marketing, brand partnerships and product on tight deadlines
- Evolve the visual identity across digital and physical
About you
- 6+ years of graphic design, ideally in beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury or online media
- A portfolio with a consistent aesthetic across digital and print
- Expert Adobe Creative Suite; Figma is a plus
- A degree in graphic design, fine art or similar
- A record of mentoring and leading projects with little oversight
- A strong eye for typography and layout

- Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 plus equity
- Contract: full-time
- Location: remote within the US; the Santa Monica office is in on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the listing is open to a fully remote hire
