Build designs stunning Generation Press book flexing its Litho process

Having recently moved from London to Leeds, design studio Build is by no means severing ties with the south east, having created a stunning new book for Brighton’s Generation Press.

The book is the first in a series of publications that celebrate the company's eight in-house print processes, with the first to launch presenting all things Litho. “The idea behind the design is really about purpose, but it’s also about pride,” says Build’s founder and creative director Michael C Place.

“We designed the series to really show (and test) how good the teams at Generation Press are, with the end goal to create something for people to hold, touch and see the dedication of a team producing the finest print with incredible care and attention to detail.”

Build has worked with Generation Press for the past decade, and Place describes them being “not only our secret weapon, they are also our friends.” Aw.
