Appealingly grotesque illustrations by Mike Hughes heavily influenced by skate culture
Mike Hughes is a creative vigilante, a colourful villain, and an antipasto anti hero. At least, that's how he's described on his website where you can discover his wonderfully grotesque and colourful illustrations, inspired by skate and BMX culture.

Digital Deathmatch
Based in Edinburgh, the fine artist and illustrator has worked with a range of brands and magazines, such as Adidas, High Snobiety and Brew Dog (to name but a few), all of which have enjoyed a slice of his wild and unapologetic graphics.
"I make work about everyday stuff that we all consume without too much thought," says Mike. "I try to put a magnifying glass to the way that these situations feel, I’m not passing judgement. More creating an image for the hyper-sensitive."
