- Work with stakeholders, content owners and technical specialists to understand how the web estate is performing and come up with ideas to improve the user experience
- Handle day-to-day tasks, including answering colleagues' queries, administering the content management system and working with the teams that own individual websites
- Support team-wide initiatives such as user research and major content overhauls
- Manage relationships with partner agencies
About you
- An understanding of product management skills, including agile methods, stakeholder engagement, and developing and prioritising product backlogs
- Able to manage competing priorities and deliver to agreed timescales
- Able to work with a range of stakeholders to turn business requirements into a product roadmap and backlog
- An understanding of user-centred design and of the tools and approaches used to build a digital estate around user needs
- Comfortable analysing data and user feedback to find opportunities for improvement
- Able to work with technical specialists, turning business and user needs into packages of work
- Ideally you already work in digital, are on a digital product management path, work in agency account management, or are a technical specialist looking for a change
