Senior Project Manager

The role

Leads the agency's largest and most complex digital projects from discovery to launch and optimisation. The work covers integration-heavy platform builds (logged-in areas, ecommerce, payments) and content-rich website rebuilds with large stakeholder groups.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery: plans, milestones and critical path
• Govern multi-workstream projects, including risk logs, dependencies and release planning
• Manage scope, budget, forecasting and change control
• Coordinate internal teams, clients and third-party vendors
• Oversee quality through review, testing and bug triage
• Lead content audits, information architecture and migration planning
• Prepare estimates and manage margin, burn and milestone invoicing

About you

• Proven delivery of complex digital projects, from discovery to handover
• Experience with integrations, ecommerce and payments, and complex CMS builds
• Experience running multiple workstreams and working with senior clients
• Comfortable with technical topics (APIs, authentication, privacy, data flows) without being a developer
• Commercial ownership and resourcing-tool experience
• Line management or people leadership experience
• Experience on projects of roughly 2,000–3,000+ hours

• Salary: £42,000 – £52,000+, depending on skills and experience
• Contract: full-time
• Location: Munro House, Duke Street, Leeds; hybrid, minimum three office days a week
• Level: senior
