The role
Leads Twinkl's external corporate communications, covering media relations, PR, crisis communications and public affairs. Reports to the Director of Communications and manages a small team.
What you'll do
- Develop external communications plans and lead campaigns
- Oversee external content and messaging, and enforce tone of voice
- Manage reputational risk and issues
- Run content across press, digital and partner channels
- Report coverage and campaign data to stakeholders
- Build relationships with media, partners and senior internal stakeholders
- Set priorities for, and develop, the team
About you
- Corporate communications experience
- Media relations and PR planning
- People management
- Editorial judgement
- Stakeholder engagement
- Reputation management and issue handling
- Public affairs experience is preferred
