Retention Marketing Executive

The role

Future is hiring a Retention Marketing Executive in its Magazines & Subscriptions department. The role sits in the Bath-based Retention team, which manages direct-to-consumer engagement across more than 60 specialist brands, and reports to the Retention Manager. You will work with editorial, brand, printer and CRM teams. It is a hybrid role with two days a week in the Bath office.

What you'll do

• Run multi-channel campaigns to keep and win back print and digital subscribers
• Manage subscriber onboarding and ongoing automated journeys to increase engagement and lifetime value
• Write copy and design briefs for campaign artwork, working with internal teams and external printers
• Build and test email and automated communications with CRM specialists
• Analyse survey feedback and campaign metrics in Google Sheets and Excel
• Handle administration such as purchase orders and supplier invoices

About you

• Experience of, or a strong interest in, subscription marketing, CRM or audience engagement
• Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns in digital or print
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills
• Able to work with brand teams
• Analytical and comfortable with spreadsheets
• Interested in starting or continuing a career in retention, CRM or digital marketing
• Experience or a qualification in marketing, business or a related area
• Practical experience with marketing communications or office collaboration tools
• Able to work collaboratively from the Bath office
