The role
Leads data-informed, audience-focused marketing campaigns for the Southbank Centre's Gigs programme, its Public Programme of ticketed and free events, Multitudes Festival and the cross-artform Family programme. The campaigns are there to drive ticket sales, build and keep new audiences, and communicate the artistic programme.
What you'll do
- Develop integrated, data-informed marketing strategies that drive ticket sales and attract new audiences
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns across all media, on time and with the right approvals
- Guide and support Marketing Officers and Assistants across the team
- Use data, insight and digital analytics to monitor performance and improve campaigns
About you
- Experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns in the arts and entertainment sector
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics, including GA4 and CRM systems, particularly Tessitura
- Experience briefing and managing media agencies and creative studios
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for tone of voice and brand consistency
- Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-effective campaigns
