The role
A campaign-focused marketer leading audience-led campaigns across fiction and non-fiction at the Transworld imprint. The role also builds audience insight for the wider marketing team. Publishing experience is not required.
What you'll do
- Plan and deliver audience-led campaigns across fiction and non-fiction
- Identify high-potential audiences and work out how to reach and convert them
- Build relationships with authors and agents, and report on campaign strategy and results
- Track consumer, cultural, social and platform trends and share them with the team
- Feed audience insight into acquisitions and strategic projects
About you
- Significant experience running creative, effective consumer marketing campaigns
- An interest in audiences and consumer behaviour, using data to improve performance
- Strong digital skills across social, content, creators and paid media
- Strong communication and relationship-building
- Commercial judgement, budget management and organisation across several campaigns
- A background in publishing, media, entertainment, consumer brands, retail, tech or similar
The details
- Salary: £40,000 – £44,000, depending on skills and experience, plus bonus and benefits
- Contract: fixed term for 12 months
- Location: One Embassy Gardens, London; hybrid, three days a week in the office
