What you'll do
- Lead the design of web experiences for new and existing customers
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to find opportunities
- Frame hypotheses, design experiments and act on the results
- Bring distinctive visual and interaction craft to web work
- Balance customer needs, business goals and technical constraints
- Define longer-term product vision with Product, Engineering, Data and Research
- Mentor and share work across the design team
About you
- A portfolio showing high-quality web experience design
- Comfortable working with data scientists or analysts
- Able to link customer experience to measurable outcomes
- Comfortable with hypotheses and experimentation
- Balances speed with a high craft bar
- Handles ambiguity and gives direction
