The role

Leads visual design across the Society's brand, marketing, fundraising, social, web, email, advertising, print and events. The role mixes hands-on digital, print and motion work with managing projects, external suppliers and the creative asset library. Reports to the Head of Brand & Marketing.

What you'll do

  • Design digital assets for web, social, email and online advertising
  • Produce print materials, including brochures, reports, banners and exhibition collateral
  • Create animations, motion graphics and infographics
  • Develop campaign concepts and toolkits, keeping delivery consistent across channels
  • Run several projects from brief to delivery
  • Oversee external designers, freelancers, printers and agencies
  • Maintain the asset library and support brand guidelines, licensing and copyright

About you

  • A degree or similar in design, digital media, art or a related field
  • At least five years in graphic or digital design
  • A strong portfolio
  • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
  • Experience with digital channels and motion graphics
  • Experience producing print-ready advertising artwork
  • Strong organisation and project management

  • Salary: €51,000 a year
  • Contract: permanent, full-time, 35 hours a week
  • Location: Dublin 4; hybrid, with office days on Wednesday and Thursday
