A hands-on designer making marketing creative for NYT Games subscriptions, reporting to the Associate Creative Director, Games, Marketing.
What you'll do
- Develop campaign and always-on creative for Games
- Adapt creative across paid, owned and earned channels
- Turn in-product features into marketing assets
- Adapt brand campaigns in-house with agency partners
- Build templates and visual systems for fast testing
- Present design rationale
About you
- 5+ years' graphic design experience with a marketing or advertising focus
- A portfolio across social, display, email, in-app and print
- Strong design fundamentals
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on After Effects motion experience
- An understanding of digital advertising and social trends

- Salary: $85,000 – $100,000, with possible bonus and stock on top
