1. Promoter
The promoter is Creative Boom Ltd (“Creative Boom”), in partnership with James Cropper PLC (“James Cropper”).
2. Eligibility
- Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Creative Boom, James Cropper, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this giveaway are not eligible.
- Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.
3. How to Enter
Participants must:
- Follow @creativeboom and @jamescropperpaper on Instagram.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment with one creative truth you live by.
- Tag one friend in the same comment.
- Optional bonus: share the giveaway carousel to Instagram Stories and tag @creativeboom.
- Entries missing any required step won’t be considered valid.
4. Giveaway Period
Opens Wednesday 7 January 2026. Closes 12pm GMT on Friday 30 January 2026.
Late entries will not be counted.
5. Prize
- Five winners will each receive the complete set of five Boom Truths posters from the first series, and their quote will appear in the next Boom Truths series.
- No cash alternative.
- Non-transferable.
- Creative Boom may substitute an equivalent prize if needed.
6. Winner Selection
- Five winners chosen based on the thoughtfulness/quality of their comment.
- Creative Boom’s decision is final.
7. Winner Notification & Claiming
- Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM within 48 hours of the giveaway closing.
- Winners must reply within 48 hours with their postal address.
- Failure to respond will result in a new winner being selected.
- Prizes dispatched within 14 working days of address confirmation. Delivery times may vary.
8. Shipping
- UK shipping only.
- Creative Boom is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues once shipped.
9. Use of Participant Content
By entering, participants agree that Creative Boom may reshare their comments/posts/Stories on Creative Boom channels (credited where possible).
10. Liability
- Creative Boom accepts no responsibility for incomplete, late, or corrupted entries.
- Creative Boom is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to participation or prize fulfilment.
11. Data Protection
- Winner data will be used only for administering the giveaway.
- Data will not be shared except for necessary fulfilment partners.
- All data handled in line with GDPR and Creative Boom’s privacy policy.
12. Changes to the Promotion
Creative Boom reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway in exceptional circumstances.
