Crown Creative is seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to shape our digital offering across hospitality, brand and experience design.

This is a senior, hands-on web development role at a hospitality design studio working with some of the biggest names in our sector.

They're looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to build and deliver exceptional websites and digital experiences across our client work and internal ventures. This is very much an on-the-tools role, with WordPress experience essential and strong front-end development skills across build, CMS, integrations, testing and launch.

You should also genuinely enjoy working with clients. We are looking for someone confident presenting websites, UX and technical recommendations, leading digital conversations and building trusted relationships.

As a design-led studio, strong visual judgement matters. You should have an excellent eye for typography, layout and interaction, and ideally be comfortable contributing to website design in Figma or Adobe.

You should also be naturally driven to improve how we work, introducing better tools, processes and reusable systems that raise the quality and efficiency of our digital output.

This role reports to the Managing Director and Creative Director and works closely with our wider creative and project teams.

Applicants must be based in London, Dublin or Belfast, or be willing to relocate. Full-time availability and the right to work in the UK are required.

Interested? If you’re passionate about building great websites, care about design and want to work as part of a collaborative, ambitious studio, we would love to hear from you.

Please send a résumé or LinkedIn profile alongside examples of websites you have developed. We would particularly like to understand what you personally were responsible for on each project, rather than simply seeing the final agency output. You can also include a portfolio or examples of digital design work if relevant, alongside a short note on the kinds of problems you want to work on next to [email protected]
