About Penguin Random House UK
Penguin Random House UK is home to some of the best authors of fiction, non-fiction and children's books. Its purpose is to make books for everyone, because a book can change anyone.
The story began in 1934, when Allen Lane couldn't find a good book to read on a train platform and set out to make quality books affordable, launching Penguin the following year. PRH Children's brings together stories, brands and authors to create and rediscover heroes for each new generation.
