The role
Huge's Creative team is hiring a Senior Art Director to conceive, design and deliver integrated campaign work for clients, guiding projects from concept through to final production. It's a senior, hands-on role working with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams, and is remote within the United States (not available in New Mexico or Hawaii).
What you'll do
- Turn client briefs into campaign ideas and brand aesthetics
- Create visual treatments, moodboards and design systems to pitch concepts internally and to clients
- Partner with Creative Directors on visual direction
- Lead visual execution across designers, copywriters, strategists, motion designers and photographers
- Set art direction standards across typography, photography, layout, motion and digital design
- Art direct photo and video shoots, 3D assets and digital builds
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers
About you
- 7+ years of art direction and design experience at an integrated brand agency or in-house creative team
- A portfolio showing campaign art direction, design systems and storytelling for major brands
- Experience developing big-idea concepts across digital and physical channels
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with a solid grasp of grids, typography, colour and motion
- Experience art directing photography, film and post-production
