The role

We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Production Coordinator to support our Production Team and help keep projects running smoothly across Art&Graft.

Working closely with the Head of Production and Producers, you'll support live projects, help coordinate teams and provide continuity during busy periods and project handovers.

You'll coordinate freelance bookings, contracts and onboarding, while helping discover new talent and grow our network of creative and production freelancers.

This is a junior role with room to develop. You'll assist Producers on larger projects and take ownership of smaller productions with guidance, building the skills, confidence and judgement to progress towards a Producer role.

This is a full-time position on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll report to the Head of Production, and the start date is as soon as possible.

Who you are

  • Highly organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Helpful, proactive and dependable – happy to get involved wherever needed and see tasks through.
  • A clear and friendly communicator who enjoys working with colleagues, clients and freelancers.
  • Adaptable and calm when things get busy, comfortable picking up existing work and knowing when to ask for support.
  • Interested in creative production, with an understanding of scheduling, budgeting, resourcing and project delivery.
  • Enthusiastic about design, motion and animation, with an interest in discovering talent and building relationships.
  • Curious, receptive to feedback and keen to learn from experienced Producers and take on greater responsibility.

What you'll do

  • Support Producers across live projects, helping with schedules, meeting notes, client feedback, assets and production documentation.
  • Provide production cover when needed, taking clear handovers and helping keep teams, clients and projects moving.
  • Assist on larger productions, taking ownership of agreed tasks and workstreams.
  • Manage smaller projects from briefing through to delivery, with support from the Head of Production or an experienced Producer.
  • Coordinate freelance sourcing, availability, bookings, contracts and onboarding, keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Be a helpful point of contact for freelancers and support a positive experience of working with Art&Graft.
  • Research new creative and production talent, helping build a diverse and reliable freelance network.
  • Keep shared production information organised and help improve templates, systems and ways of working.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture and take part in Art&Graft Guilds and studio initiatives.

Benefits

Working at Art&Graft offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing studio with a strong, supportive culture. Benefits include:

  • Fair pay and company pension contribution
  • Transparent salary brackets
  • 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • Holiday loyalty reward scheme
  • Flexible working policy
  • Additional time off between Christmas and New Year
  • Optional Work From Home Fridays
  • Work From Anywhere Week (five days per year working anywhere)
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave packages
  • Team breakfasts every Monday
  • A Bankside studio close to Tate Modern and Borough Market
  • Open team dialogue
  • Continuous learning, career planning and bi-annual appraisals
  • Regular team skillshares, masterclasses and mentoring
  • Individual Development Allowance for events, courses and training
  • Regular In The Making studio talks
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Regular team away days and studio socials
  • Better Bankside access for free courses and local discounts
