Product Designer

The role

The company's design owner, covering both product and brand design language for an AI voice-agent platform. Much of the work is inventing UX patterns for new AI interfaces, and designers are encouraged to build in code.

What you'll do

• Own design across the company
• Design UX patterns that work in web apps and in chat interfaces
• Design the loops customers use to analyse and improve their voice agents
• Define and implement the design language for product and brand
• Ground decisions in real customer conversations

About you

• Strong aesthetic taste and a strong portfolio, which is the main signal
• Builds functional products that solve real problems
• Evidence-led, working from customer insight
• High ownership and first-principles thinking
• A heavy user of AI tools who is comfortable with ambiguity
• Willing to experiment with code; prior production code is not required
