The role
We're looking for a mid-level Producer to join our Production team, working on exceptional projects across branding, motion and animation.
You'll have experience leading creative projects independently and be ready to take ownership of increasingly complex work, managing budgets, schedules, teams and client relationships from brief to delivery.
The role balances creative ambition with organisation and care. You'll work closely with creatives, fellow producers and clients to deliver work to Art&Graft's high standards, while continuing to develop your craft and confidence within a collaborative studio environment.
You'll report to the Head of Production. The start date is as soon as possible.
Who you are
- Positive and proactive – Flexible, helpful and humble, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. You look for solutions and aren't afraid to ask questions.
- Developing client partner – Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally with clients, with appropriate support from senior team members when needed.
- Strong craft awareness – Experience in a creative studio environment with an understanding of design, motion and animation workflows. You're keen to deepen your technical and creative knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills – Collaborative, communicative and thoughtful – someone people enjoy working with and trust.
- Organised and accountable – Able to manage your own workload, juggle priorities, and flag risks early to help projects stay on track.
- Aware and thoughtful – Curious about how projects fit into the wider studio, commercial context and operational realities.
- Calm under pressure – Able to stay focused and constructive when deadlines tighten, supporting both the team and the work.
What you'll do
- Project delivery – Lead creative projects end-to-end, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard, appropriate to the scale and complexity of the work.
- Project ownership – Take ownership of your projects from brief to delivery, driving day-to-day decisions and keeping teams, clients and production plans aligned, with support from the Head of Production when needed.
- Budgeting and scoping – Develop and manage budgets, estimates, scopes of work and schedules, keeping project costs and progress accurately tracked. Work with the Head of Production and creative leads to ensure projects are realistically scoped and commercially sound.
- Team collaboration – Work closely with creative leads and producers to plan work, manage resources and support timelines.
- Briefing and feedback – Help kick off projects, communicate briefs clearly, and support teams in responding to client feedback.
- Client communication – Support or act as a point of contact for clients – preparing materials, attending meetings, communicating clearly, and translating feedback into next steps.
- Self-leadership – Manage your own time, output and communication effectively, working closely with the wider Production team.
- Evaluation and learning – Contribute to post-project reviews, lessons learned and cost reporting to help improve future workflows.
