Ideal candidates have led high-volume social content, worked with retail or lifestyle brands, and created design-driven work that pushes culture and reimagines brand expression. As Creative Lead within the Pod, this person is the central creative authority for the client portfolio, working with the Pod Lead, discipline leads and the Group Creative Director to maintain the creative vision, align output with business goals and uphold agency creative standards within the POD/COE model.
What you'll be doing

- Turn brand truths, strategy and cultural trends into bold creative directions.
- Guide teams towards visually elevated, strategically aligned, culturally relevant content.
- Be fluent in AI-assisted creative workflows, using tools to work faster and bigger while reserving human effort for the work that needs it.
Leadership of creative teams
- Lead, mentor and inspire writers, art directors, designers, motion artists and production partners.
- Give clear, constructive feedback that sharpens ideas and craft.
- Build a positive, high-performing culture that encourages experimentation.
Cross-functional partnership and strategic alignment
- Work with Strategy, Account and Integrated Client Leadership to align creative with brand goals, audience insights and market realities.
- Ensure creative meets client goals while pushing creative boundaries.
- Present the creative vision in key meetings and cross-team discussions.
Creative quality, craft and production oversight
- Oversee execution from concepting through design, motion, production and delivery.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual craft, accuracy and brand consistency.
- Work with production teams on feasibility, execution quality and efficient workflows.
Pitching, narrative development and business growth
- Lead creative storytelling for pitches, RFPs and proactive opportunities.
- Build narratives, decks and concepts that showcase Movement's social-centric approach.
- Generate fresh ideas that drive growth with current and prospective clients.
POD leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Serve as the Pod's primary driver of creative direction, standards and execution.
- Partner with the Pod Lead to align creative strategy with client objectives and cross-disciplinary needs.
- Collaborate with COEs (Strategy, C&E, Paid Media, Design, Influencer, Program Management, Account) for cohesive, high-performing work.
- Stay in close contact with the Group Creative Director on agency-wide standards.
- Take part in Pod planning, scoping and workflow management.
- Represent creative in Pod rituals such as intakes, reviews, weekly syncs and planning cycles.

- A deep understanding of platform behaviour, social culture, meme dynamics and emerging formats.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large creative workstreams.
- Expertise in visual systems, design frameworks and scalable content structures.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and modern design and motion tools.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI creative tools (such as Midjourney and ChatGPT), motion and post-production is a plus.
