The Content Creator & Videographer sits in the Brand Creative team and brings the brand to life on social media through engaging, distinctive content. You'll work with the Creative and Marketing teams to create, shoot and edit content, and take part in shoots, events and activations.
What you'll be doing
Content creation
- Making social-first content for all platforms, from quick posts to polished campaign assets
- Appearing regularly on-screen for A&M channels, and shooting stills and motion on iPhone and DSLR
- Owning projects from planning through editing and publishing, using Premiere Pro, Final Cut or mobile tools
- Developing new formats and themes with the Creative and Marketing teams, tracking social trends
Campaigns and collaboration
- Working with the in-house photographer, Events and Influencer teams on behind-the-scenes content and campaign assets
- Planning shoots with the Associate Producer and Creative team, including equipment, props, samples and schedules
- Planning content themes with the Social Media Manager and aligning production with the publishing schedule
- Handling day-to-day community management in A&M's tone of voice
- Tracking KPIs and social insights to improve engagement and audience growth
What we're looking for
- Strong alignment with the company's values and a brand-ambassador mindset
- One to two years' experience in content creation, social media or a similar role, or a standout portfolio and strong social presence
- Confidence shooting stills and video on iPhone and DSLR, with solid camera knowledge and a distinctive visual eye
- Strong video editing skills in Premiere Pro or Final Cut, plus mobile editing tools
- Hands-on experience running social channels end to end, including community management and using insights
- Cultural awareness, strong writing skills, a natural feel for captions and an instinct for A&M's tone of voice
- Organised, proactive and hands-on, with the flexibility to thrive in a small, fast-moving creative team
