Play Optics branding plays with pastel colours to create optical illusions

American graphic designer Lily Clark has created a number of innovative designs, thinking outside the box with her use of text and paper folding. Her branding project for Play Optics was inspired by Joseph Albers’ experimentation with colour and illusion, tying in nicely with the optical brand. Using a wonderful pastel palette, sleek text arrangement and clever paper folding, Clark is able to play around with the idea of one colour appearing to be two.
