Illustrator and paper artist Sam Pierpoint has made quite an impact with her work, having created pieces for a number of major brands including Kiehl’s and Nokia. Bringing the vibrancy of colour and the artistic craft of paper art to the forefront of numerous campaigns and branding, Pierpoint has created many wonderful pieces.
The project for Kiehl’s explores the brands heritage under the title ‘Artfully Made’, with cleverly created plant and water detailing. The artist created a timelapse video to accompany the project, showing her dedication to paper art and the hours of work it takes to make something fantastic.
Other projects from the past year include a colourful and charming city model to promote Italian indie festival Ypsigrock, the superb City of London model, and her self-initiated project that represents some twisted treasures lurking in the underground scene. The artist’s fun experimentation has definitely put her in the limelight. See Pierpoint’s full portfolio on her website.
