High fashion photographs that could be mistaken for graphic vector art

At first glance, you'd forgivingly mistake these high fashion images by Erik Madigan Hack for graphic vector art prints. They are in fact heavily stylised photographs of Junya Watanabe’s Fall 2015 – cleverly shot to create an almost flat, one dimensional look and feel.

The architectural photographic approach suits the style of the clothes and accessories of the collection, which features sculptural, origami-type shapes and bright colours that allow everything to pop and add interesting contrast. To really add that final touch Erik photographed and created dye transfer prints to "make the images look like paper cutouts".
