Documentary photography on a small village in Québec

Photographer Benoit Paillé, whose work we previously featured here, was commissioned by French magazine Télérama to document a small first nation village in Québec, Canada.

The portraits provide an intimate glimpse into the lives of their subjects, capturing men, women and children, as well as cats, dogs and fish, in the rural setting of the reserve.

Paillé has worked on a host of projects – some focusing on portraiture, and others on architecture and scenery. To see more of his work, visit Behance.
