Artist fuses famous directors with characters from their most iconic films

Alfred Hitchcock

This amazing yet terrifying collection of sculpted figurines is by the hugely imaginative, Mike Leavitt. Clearly a film fanatic, the American artist has created the unique dolls to honour his favourite directors.

Tim Burton, Alfred Hitchcock and George Lucas have all been treated to one of Mike's makeovers, which involves merging stars from behind the silver screen with their most iconic on-screen characters – which in Burton's case combines Batman, Beetlejuice and Edward Scissorhands.

Each figure has been created in 1:4 scale, stands 18 inches in height or width and has been sculpted from either wood or clay. Discover more of Mike's creations at mikeleavittart.com.
