There's a new online print shop on the block and it's called RoomFifty. Promising to sell prints by the best contemporary illustrators and graphic designers in the world, it was founded by illustrator Leon Edler, who realised that nothing like it existed.
The concept is simple: RoomFifty sells limited edition artworks by 50 of the best commercial artists working today. Expect prints of the highest standard in A5 (£20), A3 (£40) and A2 (£80). And you can add a handmade frame from just £20.
RoomFifty has teamed up with Spectrum Lab to produce all of the prints. Spectrum is a Hahnemühle "certified studio", which means that it's capable of creating digital fine art prints consistently and predictably on Hahnemühle Fine Art papers, with the expertise to reproduce age resistant prints with a consistent quality. Perfect.
So what sort of artists, illustrators and designers can we expect to see at RoomFifty? Sue Doeksen, Peter Greenwood, Pat Bradbury, Nicole Rifkin, Marcus Oakley, Lorenzo Gritti and Illaria Falorsi for starters. You can discover more great artists and designers at roomfifty.com.
