I love my family. And right now, I need them more than ever. We're going through a pretty sad week at the moment. So I'm feeling emotional, delicate and somewhat in need of lots of family love. Which is why the beautiful illustrations of Pascal Campion caught my attention today. A French-American illustrator and animator, he studied narrative illustration at Arts Decoratifs de Strasbourg in France, and these days works in a studio with high ceilings in San Francisco.
Pascal has worked in a wide variety of media, from games, music videos, feature films to books. Selected clients include Dreamworks Animation, Disney TV, MTV, Nickelodeon, Bent Image Labs, Cartoon Network, Hulu, They Might Be Giants, and PBS. This particular series of illustrations is simply entitled 'Family' and how beautiful it is too. You can tell Pascal has a happy family himself, and understands why family is the single most important element of our lives. More of Pascal's work can be found at www.pascalcampion.com.
