This collection of photographs by Paolo Pettigiani seek to exist free from contextualisation. In this respect they can be taken at face value – the minimal geometry, shadows and colours intersect both reality and absence, not quite architecture and not quite design. In this way, he concludes that the photographs describe a 'non-place'.
Pettigiani is a 22 year old photographer, based in Avigliana, Italy. He is currently studying Graphic Design at the Polytechnic of Turin, and more of his work can be found on Behance.
