100 street artists transform a nine-storey building in Paris

in Inspiration / Art

When it comes to street art, you can't beat a good old collaboration between 100 international artists who take over an entire nine-storey building in Paris. With names as big as C215 and Vhils, Tour 13 has become known as the largest ever street art exhibition with over 36 drab apartments transformed into a colourful exhibition space. Covering almost every inch of the building with spray cans and stencil while some, like French artist Sambre, assembled old window frames and doors to create a surreal Alice in Wonderland-style area. As detailed on the OIC website, it's free to the public until the end of this week and is one of those 'see it now before it disappears' opportunities. That's because the building is destined to be demolished - something that makes this exhibition all the more special. Wonderful.
